LIVE STRONG

Now wearing the yellow band around my wrist has taken on a new meaning. A more significant one rather than for fashion or trend.

Its a shattering news. No doubt Im depressed and worried but I will be strong. Thanks for the concern my dear brothers I do appreciate it. But dont worry about me because I will stand up to it and I will survive this period and I know my Dad will too.

Just to update the brothers.. my dad had an operation to remove the malignant tumour in his colon. Doctor says that the cancer has nto spread to his other organs so its a really good sign. As to the exact stage in which the cancer is at is still an unknown until histology tests have been done. Things do look optimistic at the moment and Im really thankful. Seeing my dad getting wheeled out from the Operation Theatre was a heartwrenching sight as I can clearly see that he is in great pain and discomfort. But in his usual style, he still manage to flash a 'V' at us as if to indicate that he has battled and overcome.

Times like this let me treasure the people closest to me even more. So brothers, dont wait or hesitate to show your love to your family members.
